Gostaria de saber se posso usar l3keyspara processar vários submódulos como o pgfoption pode fazer?

Aqui está um MWE para ilustrar minha pergunta:

O seguinte usa um manipulador desconhecido de outro submódulo para carregar as chaves de seus submódulos. Isso quebra as chaves globais (portanto, as opções dadas ao \documentclass), mas funciona razoavelmente bem.

PoC

Este é um PoC para analisar as opções iniciais através dos submódulos (para que as opções globais funcionem), mas quaisquer opções futuras através do nosso load-submódulo agindo com um manipulador de chave desconhecida, tudo isso enquanto analisa cada opção apenas uma vez.

Não sei por que você deseja definir chaves dessa maneira. Mas você pode simplesmente adicionar gerenciamento de chaves desconhecidas em cada módulo.
