Estou tentando criar uma página de título para um documento de látex e estou falhando logo no início e não consigo entender o porquê. (Outras partes do documento já funcionam bem. A página de título é a única problemática.)
(Isso é para "copiar" um design de um documento do Word.)
Alguém pode me ajudar para começar, por exemplo, colocando a imagem centralizada, no fundo, e fazendo os blocos semitransparentes?
Por exemplo, é assim que deveria ser no longo prazo.
Observe que no momento estou focando na imagem superior. Meu objetivo é aprender, então não estou pedindo ajuda para o resto da página.
Eu uso LuaLatex e TeXworks no Windows, se for relevante.

Então, depois de conselhos sobre o uso do Tikz, consegui fazer alguma coisa aqui.
Notavelmente, eu o integrei em uma classe.
Posso também ser muito ineficiente em termos de design, por isso comentários são bem-vindos.
O problema mais importante é que meu título horizontal (En by i Sverige) e minha tabela ainda estão no meio da imagem de fundo, enquanto eu quero ter a tabela logo acima do endereço e do logotipo inferior.
O título em si ainda pode flutuar um pouco entre a imagem e a mesa, sua posição exata não é tão importante.
