Crie tabelas personalizadas

Question

Fiquei me perguntando se é possível criar tabelas customizadas em LaTeX semelhantes à mostrada na imagem abaixo. Pesquisei bastante on-line, mas não consegui encontrar nenhuma solução satisfatória. Espero que você possa me ajudar

Você poderia melhorar a legibilidade (por exemplo, a palavra "Input" não deve ser repetida e parece que a coluna $N$ está desanexada) e garantir que a tabela não esteja flutuando?

Usei centerambiente (com \captionof) para evitar flutuação.
