Eu compilo com: pdflatex, biber, pdflatex, pdflatex. No entanto, recebo sempre o seguinte aviso:

mesmo que me pareça que não há problema no arquivo .pdf. O mesmo se eu usar endnotespackage. Por que esse ciclo? Existe uma maneira de resolver ou evitá-lo? Obrigado

No seu MWE está faltando um comando relevante: \RequirePackage{filecontents}.

Se eu compilar o seguinte, mudei um pouco o MWE, não tenho erros. Por favor, verifique isso em seu próprio computador. Se você ainda tiver problemas, adicione \listfilesa primeira linha do MWE e recompile. Em seguida, verifique a lista de pacotes e versões usadas e adicione-a à sua pergunta. (Acho que seu sistema está um pouco desatualizado...)
