Você esqueceu de carregar o arraypacote que define a >{…}sintaxe das tabelas. Porém sugiro que você prefira usar o makecellpacote, que permite quebras de linha e formatação comum em células, com os comandos \theade \makecell. Para ter legendas em negrito, utilize o captionpacote: isso evitará que você digite duas vezes a mesma legenda, em negrito e em peso normal para a lista de figuras. Por fim, usei o threeparttablepacote para digitar a nota na parte inferior da tabela e siunitxpara um alinhamento adequado dos números nas colunas 2 a 4.
