Espaço vertical nas colunas da tabela

Question

Estou criando o seguinte formulário. A tabela deve ser preenchida manualmente com caneta ou lápis. Mas o espaço que fica disponível em cada linha é limitado (vertical). Como posso aumentar o espaço vertical entre as colunas

Você pode usar \renewcommand{\arraystretch}{2}. Mude 2como quiser, por exemplo 3.

Outra forma é especificar manualmente o salto desejado após cada linha substituindo \\por \\[skip].

Desta forma você pode até diferenciar o salto de cada linha.

Por exemplo, no seguinte MWE, forneci 5exapós cada linha branca e 7exapós cada linha cinza:
