Não é possível instalar o Terminal Nautilus

Question

Estou usando o centOS versão 6.4 (final) e o GNOME 2.28.2. As informações do sistema são

Eu baixei as fontes do Nautilus Terminal deaqui. Estou recebendo a seguinte mensagem.
