Encontre e substitua URLs de imagens em um arquivo de outro arquivo

Estou tentando substituir todos os URLs de origem da imagem em um arquivo HTML de uma lista de URLs em um arquivo de texto.

Quero substituir o URL da imagem no arquivo HTML acima pelo primeiro URL listado no arquivo URL para obter o seguinte:

Existe um comando shell recomendado para fazer isso? Considerei o seguinte comando sed no meu Mac rodando 10.9, mas encontrei erros.

$ gsed -e 's/.*SRC="\/Repository\([^"]*\)".*/\1/p{r File1.html' -e 'd}' File2.txt

Supondo que EntityIDcontenha uma string exclusiva para identificar o URL correto do Arquivo2.txt, isso aqui funciona não apenas para o seu exemplo:

sed '\_^/getimage.dll.*gif$_{H;d}
  G;s/<img src="[^"]*EntityID=\([^&]*\)&[^"]*"\(.*\)\n\(\/getimage[^\n]*\1[^.]*.gif\).*/<img src="\3"/;s/\n.*//' File2.txt File1.html
