Eu tenho uma configuração do EasyPHP 12.1 (mais recente) no Windows 7x64 e estou tentando habilitar mod_fcgidpara PHP. Eu adicionei o seguinte no meuhttpd.conf
Include conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf
LoadModule fcgid_module modules/mod_fcgid.so
FcgidInitialEnv PHPRC "C:\progra~2\EasyPHP-12.1\php\php546x121028092509"
AddHandler fcgid-script .php

Eu me certifiquei de que todos os caminhos estão bons e configurei permissões para o todo C:\progra~2\EasyPHP-12.1e meu wwwroot para Everyone - Allow All.
Mesmo assim, ainda recebo 403 em todas as solicitações do servidor (localhost). Junto com Apache/2.4.2 (Win32) PHP/5.4.6 mod_fcgid/2.3.7isso eusabermod_fcgid está habilitado e está causando o erro 403.
Comentar as linhas acima httpd.conffaz com que funcione novamente, mas é mais lento que a morte (é por isso que eu queria o mod_fcgid). O que eu poderia estar fazendo de errado?
