Não consigo receber chamadas no meu ramal FreePbx

Estou ficando sem cabelo para puxar aqui. Tenho meu freepbx instalado e configurado ok no início. Eu estava testando com a conta do Google Voice. Posso ligar e receber chamadas. Tenho certeza de que fiz algo ao tentar configurar um novo DID do Voip.ms. De repente, meu telefone SIP não consegue discar. Tentei ligar de ramal em ramal e também tive o mesmo problema. Por favor ajude?
