fail2ban WARNING comando inválido em sites desativados do apache2

Question

Eu tenho um problema em um servidor web Debian Squeezy executando fail2ban. De vez em quando, o fail2ban para de funcionar reclamando da falta do access.log:

fail2ban.comm   : WARNING Invalid command: ['set', 'http-get-dos', 'addlogpath', '/var/www/foo.bar/log/access.log']

Tenho que tocar no arquivo incorreto e reiniciar o fail2ban para começar a banir novamente.

Alguma sugestão?
