Estava tudo bem, todos os e-mails foram entregues.
Mas nos últimos dias, os e-mails pararam de funcionar duas vezes. Eu apenas reiniciei o servidor e ele começou a funcionar novamente, mas acho que em algum lugar aqui há uma solução melhor.
