O proxy Squid não funciona ao atualizar para 3.5

Por favor, alguém ajude. Passei 2 semanas tentando obter script de proxy que sempre foi usado em um servidor diferente com 128 ips trabalhando no novo servidor com 253 ips.

Depois de uma semana, consegui 128 proxies trabalhando no squid 3.1, mas fui instruído a compilar o squid 3.5 com as seguintes opções de configuração para 253 proxies funcionarem no mesmo servidor:

Alguém pode me ajudar porque IDK o que o script proxy está realmente fazendo:

http_port 164.163.XXX.2:3000 nome de interceptação=3000 http_port 164.163.XXX.3:3000 nome de interceptação=3001

acl ip1 meu nome de porta 3000 acl ip2 meu nome de porta 3001

No momento, no squid 3.5, não consigo mais fazer nenhum deles funcionar.

acl localnet src 164.163.0.0/16

Com as outras linhas acl localnet. Você não permitiu que esses IPs usassem o squid.

Eu vejo:

e então para cada porta:

Na sua configuração, não vejo o "http_access permitir ...".
