atualize para usar curl com https em vez de http

estou tendo um problema ao tentar executarpilha de desenvolvimentoque está tentando usar pipo seguinte comandoeu adicionei o parâmetro detalhado

sudo -H -E python /opt/stack/devstack/files/get-pip.py -c /opt/stack/devstack/tools/cap-pip.txt --verbose

recebo essa saída e ela fica parada para sempre, depois tenta mais quatro vezes e sai.

Minha máquina está atrás de um proxy, que usa umlista brancapara permitir alguns nomes de domínio, esses domínios são permitidos.

e também usamos nossocertificado próprio

consigo obter a página com uma curvatura curl -v pypi.org:443, mas esta é a saída que obtenho com o modo detalhado.

mas quando executo um openssl não recebo nadasudo openssl s_client -connect pypi.org:443

também ao verificar os logs de acesso do squid, posso ver um TCP_MISS

Parece que você precisa usar um proxy, mas não configure o proxy com get-pip.py. É por isso que falha. De acordo coma documentação get-pip.pydeve receber o proxy da seguinte maneira:

python get-pip.py --proxy="http://[user:passwd@]proxy.server:port"

Tomando a saída detalhada de seus experimentos com curl como base, você precisaria usá-la assim:

python get-pip.py --proxy="http://X.X.X.X:XXYY"

Ou, com a linha de comando específica que você usou até agora:

sudo -H -E python /opt/stack/devstack/files/get-pip.py \
    --proxy="http://X.X.X.X:XXYY" \
    -c /opt/stack/devstack/tools/cap-pip.txt --verbose
