Eu tenho um site wordpress e quando faço upload de uma imagem com nome francês como este (sécurité) meu servidor não encontra a imagem e o navegador retorna meu erro 404. Mas a imagem está no servidor.
Eu tento muitas coisas, mas nada funciona
1: eu adiciono isso no meuhttpd.conf
AddDefaultCharset on
AddDefaultCharset utf-8

AddCharset UTF-8 .html
IndexOptions +Charset=UTF-8

Eu tento alterar o idioma padrão do servidor no arquivo i18n para isso:
