Nextcloud Mail não acessível usando TLS

Configurei meu servidor de e-mail em meu servidor usando Postfix e dovecot. O servidor SMTP e IMAP funciona bem ao usar os comandos openssl s_client -connect localhost:143 -starttls imap e openssl s_client -connect localhost:25 -starttls smtp. Usei certificados Let's Encrypt. Mas quando defino as mesmas credenciais no nexcloud sempre aparece o logFalha ao criar conta: não foi possível abrir a conexão TLS segura com o servidor.Suspeito que o nextcloud não esteja confiando no meu certificado. Quando desativo o TLS posso autenticar no Nexcloud

STARTTLS é executado quando eu digito meu host mail.example.com, mas não funciona com localhost. Eu executo este cliente de e-mail a partir de um subdomínio cloud.example.com, parece que cloud.example.com não encontra o host local mail.example.com
