Depois de atualizar meu WC (cópia de trabalho), um dos arquivos ainda está em uma revisão antiga.
Como pode ser visto abaixo, svn infoo comando mostra que a última revisão alterada para o arquivo getOdSum.php é 403. Mas não é verdade como mostrado pelo svn listcomando:

Claro, anteriormente eu tentei os seguintes comandos (onde /srv/www é o diretório raiz do WC)

Resolvi renomeando o WC e fazendo novo checkout em um novo, mas seria bom entender o problema.
