Olá comunidade serverfault!
Após a atualização para o Debian Buster, o apt parece não funcionar de forma alguma. Eu li e tentei várias soluções, mas nenhuma delas funcionou.
Saída quando tento instalar qualquer pacote ou executarapt dist-upgrade:

No meio, uma tela azul aparece, dizendo:
Kernel must be upgraded
This version of the GNU libc requries kernel version 3.2 or later. Please upgrade your kernel before installing glibc.
O engraçado é que o kernel não pode ser atualizado porque o apt dist-upgrade não funciona devido ao erro acima.

A remoção de pacotes (como libc6) também não funciona, retornando os erros acima. apt autoclean também não ajuda.
Como posso voltar a trabalhar?
