Servidor Dovecot IMAP com Horde Groupware ActiveSync - Servidor IMAP não relatando estado alterado

Eu tenho um Horde Groupware com um servidor Dovecot IMAP no Debian Linux em execução.

Usar a UI da Web do Horde funciona bem, mas tenho um problema ao usar o ActiveSync.

Ao usar um aplicativo cliente como o BlueMail no Android, não vejo as mensagens de e-mail mais recentes no INBOX.

O log do activesync diz o seguinte:

Esta linha mostra que na ÚLTIMA vez que a INBOX foi sincronizada, ela tinha um valor MODSEQ de 190086. O valor modseq relatado pelo servidor IMAP deve aumentar sempre que houver uma mensagem adicionada à caixa de correio.

Esta linha mostra o MODSEQ ATUAL relatado pelo meu servidor IMAP,mostrando que o servidor não está relatando nenhuma alteração de estado.

Como isso pode ser possível? Recebi novo e-mail no INBOX, mas não aparece no aplicativo.

Acessando o Servidor IMAP diretamente via Thunderbird, todos os novos e-mails são mostrados.

Funcionou antes com o servidor Dovecot no FreeBSD, mas migrei o Dovecot para o Debian Linux.

Alguma idéia do que poderia estar errado com minha configuração do Dovecot?

Estou usando principalmente a configuração padrão do Dovecot, especialmente as configurações IMAP.

Como você pode ver, HIGHESTMODSEQ permanece em 190086. Mas recebi muitos e-mails novos.

Qual pode ser o problema porque HIGHESTMODSEQ não aumenta?

você conhece alguma maneira de testar o servidor IMAP se aumenta o MODSEQ

Parece que o próximo passo lógico é conectar-se manualmente e

  1. atenha-se aos comandos que devem produzir um erro quando o recurso CONDSTORE (esperado e anunciado) não estiver disponível.
  2. verifique qual ação (receber uma mensagem, mover uma mensagem entre pastas usando arrastar e soltar do Thunderbird, executar doveadm index, doveadm force-resync, ..) faz e qual não incrementa o HIGHESTMODSEQrelatado pelo Dovecot, quando solicitado repetidamente com SELECTações testadas antes e depois.

Assim:

Depois de confirmar que o problema já existe no nível IMAP, você pode continuar no nível. Ou mesmo investigando de onde exatamente vem o número 190086. Estou pensando em um caso extremo em que o Dovecot está relatando incorretamente um número referente a algo que não pode ser atualizado porque não está mais acessível. Ler a representação de texto do arquivo de índice apontaria para a mensagem - adicionar um sinalizador IMAP nessa mensagem deve ser acionadodoveadm mailbox status -u [email protected] all NewlyCreatedFolderdoveadm dump -t index /file/path/to/mailbox/dovecot.index | grep -B 10 -A 100 "modseq.*190086"algunsresultado, o que pode apontar para a natureza do problema.

Funciona novamente agora. Recriei o maildir (só tenho um) usando maildirmakee movi as mensagens de volta. Obrigado por toda ajuda.
