Erro de sintaxe no ansible ao usar manipuladores

Question

Abaixo está minha tarefa de função que copiou o nginx conf e recarrega o serviço somente quando a saída do comando shell de nginx -t contém "sintaxe está ok"

Abaixo está a mensagem de erro ao fazer uma verificação de sintaxe, mas se eu comentar a seção de manipuladores, funciona bem.

Os manipuladores pertencem ao seu próprio subdiretório em uma função
