Parece que de alguma forma tenho duas instalações do Nginx em um servidor, o Nginx Amplify relata duas instalações (veja a captura de tela), uma delas não enviando atualizações, é claro, e ocasionalmente ao reiniciar o Nginx ele falha reclamando que as portas 80 e 443 já estão em uso, o que eu Suponho que a outra instalação esteja começando a rodar de alguma forma, neste ponto a única maneira que sei como resolver é reiniciando o servidor, para que a instalação principal esteja rodando novamente.
O servidor está rodando Ubuntu 18.04.6, não sei como confirmar as duas instalações, olhei dentro, rc2.dmas só vejo uma entrada Nginx:

Como posso solucionar isso e remover a segunda instalação sem atrapalhar a principal?
Observe que isso está em um servidor de produção, então não posso simplesmente fazer uma limpeza completa dos pacotes Nginx e reinstalá-lo novamente.

Desinstalei nginx-extras(1.18) e instalei nginx(1.21) e por um tempo ele mostrou as duas instalações anteriores do 1.18 mais o novo 1.21. hoje verifiquei e só está mostrando um 1.18 e o 1.21.

O mesmo processo mestre, o mesmo arquivo de configuração, mas o 1.18 não tem informações do pacote, então acho que talvez tenha sido instalado a partir do código-fonte. como me livrar disso?
