Eu tenho um sistema executando o TrueNas Scale. Por alguns motivos estranhos, o sistema não vê que o link está ativo, embora o dmesg relate isso e a luz esteja piscando na porta. Não tenho certeza se esta é a compatibilidade óptica porque estou usando uma da Ericson (reconhecida na Juniper). O que também é estranho é que a negociação automática anunciada está desativada. Aqui estão alguns comandos que eu uso para solucionar problemas. Eu também tentei as duas portas na NIC.
