wmctrl - foca a janela mais recente de um aplicativo

Criei alguns atalhos que imitam o comportamento Mod4+ do Unity num.

wmctrl -xa Sublime || subl

O que eu não gosto é que uma vez que o sublime está rodando, ele sempre foca a primeira janela aberta. Gostaria de focar a última janela "focada". O mesmo que na Unidade. Existe uma bandeira para isso?

Este script faz o que você deseja:

EDIT: Este script sempre foca na última janela em foco, em vez de percorrer as janelas na ordem em que foram abertas.

EDIT 2: Modifiquei o script (acontece que wmctrl e xprop usam formatos ligeiramente diferentes para exibir números hexadecimais).

EDIT 3: o nome do aplicativo deve ser retirado da terceira coluna de wmctrl -lx para evitar certos conflitos.

Eu criei um alternador de aplicativos muito robusto usando o wmctrl. Verifique meuPostagem nos fóruns do Ubuntue meuresposta do askubuntu.

Fiz uma combinação das duas respostas anteriores que considero bastante conveniente. Permite:

  • defina o foco para a janela do aplicativo focada mais recentemente (resposta de Raul Laasner)se essa janela ainda não tiver o foco;
  • caso contrário, vá para a próxima janela do aplicativo (resposta do mreq);
  • se não houver janela do aplicativo, abra uma (agora existe um segundo argumento opcional que especifica o comando a ser executado nesse caso).

Aqui está o roteiro:

Atrasado para a resposta, mas consegui fazer funcionar normalmente, no meu caso, usando o Firefox:

/usr/lib/firefox/firefox && sleep 0.5 && wmctrl -ia $(wmctrl -l Firefox | grep "Mozilla Firefox" | sort -r | head -n 1 | cut -d " " -f 1)

Explicação:

/usr/lib/firefox/firefox- Abre o Firefox

sleep 0.5- Dá algum tempo para a janela abrir

wmctrl -ia- Concentre-se em um ID de janela específico

$(wmctrl -l Firefox | grep "Mozilla Firefox" | sort -r | head -n 1 | cut -d " " -f 1)- Obtém o ID da última janela, que no meu caso está aberta na página inicial, então seu nome é "Mozilla Firefox".
