Você não instalou o MySQL. Vocêatualizou um existenteInstalação do MySQL, sem atualizar os esquemas do banco de dados para o que a versão 5.7 espera.
E como essas pessoas…
… você descobrirá que o MySQL não gostará de seus bancos de dados e se recusará a iniciá-los até que você os atualize para o novo esquema.

A pessoa de cujo repositório M. Harald estava falando,Remi Collet, dizpara fazer o downgrade para a versão antiga do MySQL mais uma vez, despeje todo o conjunto de dados em arquivo, atualize mais uma vez e restaure a partir do dump.
A Oracle descreve os métodos de atualização e de restauração de despejo no documento, sendo o primeiro umatualização no locale sendo este último umatualização lógica.

também pode significar que a partição está sem inodes. Use df -ipara verificar o uso do inode.
É incomum ficar sem inodes, então é possível que você tenha algum diretório cheio de arquivos pequenos ou de comprimento zero em algum lugar que você não conhece. Infelizmente, não conheço uma maneira fácil de encontrar esse tipo de coisa. A execução find / -xdevimprimiria o nome de cada arquivo e diretório na partição. Você pode encontrar algum diretório suspeito cheio de arquivos vazios.
Eu tentei uma vez quando tinha mais de milhões de inodes usados.
encontrar . -type f -nome sess_* -delete
Atualizar
tente estas etapas:
mysqld_safe –skip-grant-tables –user=root &
mysql_fix_privilege_tables
pkill mysqld
/etc/init.d/mysqld restart
