Ao tentar me conectar a sites HTTPS, recebo este erro curl: (35) gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in the pull function..

Recebi exatamente essa mensagem quando estava tentando acessar a página de estatísticas de umhttps://mmonit.com/monit/instalação via https, embora não tenha listado o IP do meu cliente no arquivo de configuração do monit.

Sua pergunta não está relacionada ao monit, é claro, mas talvez haja algo bloqueando a solicitação da mesma maneira (por exemplo, um firewall), portanto, o handshake SSL não é executado.
