Possíveis atualizações para o driver do touchpad Lenovo Yoga 700?

Eu estava conversando com um colega de trabalho sobre como estou testando o Ubuntu em um Lenovo Yoga 700 que comprei barato. Sou principalmente um usuário de Mac, então tem sido bastante difícil me acostumar com o trackpad. Ele recomendou que eu atualizasse meu driver para ver se conseguia encontrar uma experiência mais parecida com um Mac. Eu fiz um pouco de pesquisa para descobrir como eu faria isso, mas não consegui. Alguém sabe se isso é uma possibilidade?

Estou executando o Ubuntu 18.04.
