Meu Ubuntu Server 20.04 estava rodando muito rápido até uma reinicialização há cerca de 10-15 minutos, no momento em que isto foi escrito, demorou cerca de 3-5 minutos para desligar e cerca de 1-3 para iniciar o backup, agora tudo que eu faço é super lento, meu site não está carregando, leva cerca de 5 a 10 segundos para ser executado, lsestou procurando orientação, tenho uma boa quantidade de memória RAM, cerca de 8 GB e tinha 50 GB de espaço SWAP, também tenho 2 HDD e 1 SSD. Vejo muitos erros de postfix e mysql em/var/log/syslog. Você terá que solucionar isso mais tarde. Faça uma nova pergunta, se necessário. Veja por que parece que o mysql não está em execução.
SSD x HDD
No momento você está inicializando a partir de um HDD.
Para acelerar ainda mais o seu sistema, considere alterar a configuração para inicializar a partir do SSD e transformar o HDD em uma unidade de dados. Em outras palavras... reconstrua o sistema do zero.
