Tenho uma HP LaserJet Pro M148f-M149f e estava usando o software HP para impressão e digitalização em 18.04.5 LT. Tudo funcionou bem desde abril, mas as funções de verificação agora indicam que não foi possível abrir o dispositivo. Quando continuo no gerenciador de dispositivos, aparece "Falha ao instalar o plug-in. Você optou por pular a instalação do plug-in ou digitou a senha incorreta". e para. A parte de impressão funciona, mas há vários avisos sobre a não instalação da parte do fax (não usarei a parte do fax, então prefiro que ela não esteja lá. A própria impressora teve recentemente uma atualização de software, o que é suspeito. Alguma recomendação ou existe uma maneira de remover e reiniciar? Algo parece errado com o plug-in ou com o acesso ao plug-in?
