Arch não consegue se conectar a uma rede sem fio específica

Estou usando umTP-Link AV-500kit adaptador de linha de energia para fornecer um AP sem fio em uma parte da minha casa. Ele se conecta pelas linhas de energia ao meu roteador principal. Meu laptop, no entanto, que executa o Arch Linux de 64 bits, não consegue se conectar a ele.

Outros dispositivos (um telefone Android, um iPhone, um tablet Android) podem se conectar sem problemas. O laptop pode se conectar perfeitamente ao roteador e a outros pontos de acesso (incluindo uma rede de 5 GHz), mas embora veja o ponto de acesso TP-Link, não consegue se conectar a ele. Assim que isso falhar, ele se conecta automaticamente ao AP principal fornecido pelo roteador (que está no limite do seu alcance):

Desativei a segurança no TP-Link, então não é um problema de autenticação. Está definido para o modo "11bgn misto":

Seguindo a sugestão do GAD3R, tentei desabilitar o IPv6 adicionando ipv6.disable=1à optionslinha /boot/loader/entries/arch.conf, comentando todas as linhas IPv6 /etc/hostse reiniciando. Não há diferença.

Como posso conectar esta máquina a esta rede?
