Em primeiro lugar, observe que ele apt-get update
ainda atualiza seus índices conforme apropriado, apenas reclama que não consegue baixar as informações necessárias para alguns de seus repositórios.
sarah
é um codinome Mint, não um codinome Ubuntu, então não faz sentido tentar usar um sarah
repositório hospedado pela Canonical; você pode excluir com segurança os repositórios adicionais:
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/additional-repositories.list
Isso corrigirá os erros que você está vendo.

Não existe uma versão Sarah do Ubuntu. Use repositórios linuxmint apenas ao usar distribuição linuxming.
