Eu tenho uma máquina ArchLinux (kernel 4.8.4-1) que tento transformar em um servidor SSH. Nos últimos dias tenho lutado para fazê-lo funcionar. Eu li muitos artigos, tutoriais e outras coisas como esta, mas todos parecem iguais e nenhum resolve o meu problema.
Depois de correr

e usei cat para anexar a chave pública a ~/.ssh/authorized_keys

Não tenho ideia do que mais poderia fazer para fazer funcionar. Também tentei fazer SSH do meu laptop Mac via LAN, mas obtive resultados semelhantes.
(editar: removi todos os arquivos em ~/.ssh e gerei test e test.pub do zero, adicionei test.pub a ~/.ssh/authorized_keys, mais uma vez configurei permissões em todos esses arquivos, reiniciei o computador, executei
eval $(ssh-agent)
ssh-add ~/.ssh/test
e conectado novamente. A saída mudou ligeiramente. Agora diz:

O anterior:

provavelmente foi culpa de algumas alterações não aplicadas que foram atualizadas após a reinicialização. Além disso, um fato interessante é que ao recriar o arquivoauthorized_keys, a chave que gerei para o meu computador Mac foi perdida e ainda assim a saída da conexão ssh é absolutamente a mesma. É muito semelhante à saída na máquina local, mas no final:

PS. Eu gostaria de poder ver todos os logs vindos diretamente do servidor, mas parece que no ArchLinux não há arquivos como /var/log/auth.log. Só consigo visualizar o journalctl, que parece estar bastante vazio.

~/.ssh/config tem a seguinte aparência:

você usa ~/.ssh/test
como chave privada, a chave pública correspondente está listada no authorized_keys
arquivo?
Além disso, você menciona uma senha:

Então verifique isso

Eu não tenho idéia do que aconteceu. Eu meio que desisti, mas depois de algumas reinicializações, ele começou a funcionar magicamente.
