Parece que um script ou comando deu errado e foi anexado -srca vários debs. Você terá que excluir muitas linhas para corrigir isso. Ou, para desfazer esse dano, tente este comando:
sed '62,$s/deb-src/deb/' /etc/apt/sources.list
Inspecione a saída e certifique-se de que:
-src-srcnão é visto em nenhuma linha não comentada (aquelas que não começam com#).- Uma linha with
debé seguida por outra comdeb-src.
Depois de verificar a saída, você pode tornar as alterações permanentes executando:
sudo sed -i.bak '62,$s/deb-src/deb/' /etc/apt/sources.list

Posso ver muitos desses erros em seu arquivo sources.list. Você tem que encontrar e editar todos eles.
abra-o no gedit:sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
então no gedit, Editar > Pesquisar > Substituir
Procure por: deb-src-src
substitua por:deb-src
