Tela piscando com Ubuntu 15 no MSI PE 60 2QE

Meu novo laptop MSI PE60 2QE monta um Intel Integrated Graphics Chipset 5600 conectado a um monitor Samsung 156HL01-102.

A exibição funciona perfeitamente quando inicializo com o parâmetro "nomodeset" na linha de comando do kernel - mas usando o driver framebuffer, que não permite vários monitores.

Com o KMS ativado (removendo o parâmetro "nomodeset"), o X inicia corretamente com os drivers Intel e posso usar vários monitores, mas o painel do laptop mostra uma oscilação irregular, variando de linhas pretas horizontais intermitentes ocasionais (que são realmente irritantes) a um piscar e cintilação constante tornando a tela praticamente inutilizável.

Um monitor externo conectado à porta DP funciona bem. Ainda não experimentei o HDMI.

Coisas que tentei (entre muitas outras que descobri que eram irrelevantes): * Criar um novo (1.3) EDID que corresponda às características dos monitores, conforme recomendado emhttps://www.osadl.org/Single-View.111+M5ec938a7b3b.0.html * Configurando diferentes modos de vídeo usando xrandr * Inicializando com Kernel 3.19.0.25 com i915.enable_IPS=0 conforme sugerido aqui:Tela piscando no Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 - resolução 4K * Inicializando com i915.powersave=0 * Inicializando com acpi_osi=Linux

Como posso fazer com que os drivers Intel funcionem sem essa oscilação?

Desative "Desredirecionar janelas em tela cheia" no compizconfig ou use o terminal:

gconftool-2 --set /apps/compizconfig-1/profiles/Default/plugins/composite/screen0/options/unredirect_fullscreen_windows --type bool 0

Eu tive problemas semelhantes com oscilação no Ubuntu. No meu caso ajudou a desabilitar "Exibição desconhecida" em Configurações -> Exibições. Talvez funcione também no seu caso.

Para resolver seu problema, instale o último estável atualdrivers NVIDIA de ramificação de curta duração 355.

Mas primeiro desfaça todas as alterações feitas para redefinir o sistema para a configuração padrão.

Remova todos os parâmetros - desinstale todos os softwares relacionados à NVIDIA que você instalou antes.

Inicialize no sistema Ubuntu e quando a tela de login aparecer pressione Ctrl+ Alt+ F1.

Digite seu nome de usuário e senha e execute:

sudo apt-get purge nvidia*  
sudo reboot

Observação:

Se você instalou o bumblebee, remova os pacotes também (ele será substituído pelo nvidia-prime).

Neste caso os comandos seriam:

sudo apt-get purge nvidia* bumblebee  
sudo reboot

Agora instale os novos drivers e suporte NVIDIA Optimus.

Quando a tela de login aparecer, pressione Ctrl+ Alt+ F1.

Digite seu nome de usuário e senha e execute:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nvidia-355 nvidia-prime
sudo reboot  

Caso você precise ajustar qual placa usar no BIOS, selecioneNVIDIAou modo gráfico comutável.

AbrirConfigurações do servidor NVIDIA X->Perfis principaispara alternar entre as GPUs Intel e NVIDIA.

Usando 17.04 alfa

Isso parou de piscar para mim; nano para /etc/modprobe.d/i915.conf e adicione o seguinte (geralmente o arquivo ainda não existe) e reinicie:
