Я обнаружил, что иногда менеджер пакетов не справляется с объемом изменений, которые запрашивает для обновления конкретный PPA.
Например, менеджер начинает обработку файла, но прекращает ее, заявляя о неверных зависимостях, без дальнейшего анализа того, что более поздний пакет или пакеты в PPA выполнили бы эту зависимость.
В этих случаях следует сделать следующее - запустить в терминале
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
Это предоставит вам список пакетов, которые не удастся установить.
Пройдитесь по списку один за другим, пытаясь установить его, например
sudo apt-get install <package name>
После того, как вы это сделали, повторите команды обновления/обновления и повторите оставшиеся пакеты/новые пакеты, которые он запрашивает. Возможно, вам придется сделать это несколько раз, пока все пакеты не будут установлены.
