Как скомпилировать mono Hello World?

У меня Ubuntu 11.04 с этим моно:

Я пытаюсь запустить это:

using System;

public class HelloWorld
{
    static public void Main ()
    {
        Console.WriteLine ("Hello Mono World");
    }
}

На моей установке компилируется безупречно.

У вас должен быть установлен этот пакет:

  • моно-2.0-разработка

Это должно нарисовать все необходимые зависимости для компиляции командной строки. Если вам нужен больший комфорт, я бы рекомендовал установить пакет monodevelop.
