Вы ничего не можете сделать, чтобы прочитать чип напрямую, поскольку он неизвестен, а значит, пока не поддерживается.

Что касается показаний ACPI, похоже, ваш BIOS ACPI сломан, поэтому вы можете проверить, есть ли у них обновление BIOS, которое можно установить, чтобы исправить это.
