Я использую Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS. При попытке установить новый пакет dpkg был заблокирован. Затем я удалил заблокированный пакет и обнаружил ошибку dpkg, которая называется dpkg not found. Я попробовал «sudo apt install dpkg», но он говорит, что уже установлен новый dpkg.
