Для первого восстановлениярепозиторий по умолчаниюдля джема.
Определить с
grep -r deb /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
где этот репозиторий repo.mysql.comактивен и удалите его.
sudo apt -s purge $(dpkg -l | grep mysql | awk '{print $2}')
Это сначала симуляция. Для полного удаления.
sudo apt purge $(dpkg -l | grep mysql | awk '{print $2}')
обновление кэша пакетов.
sudo apt update
Затем попробуйте еще раз.
