Похоже, что для пакетов, которые вы хотите установить, доступны более новые версии, которые зависят от столь же новых версий пакетов, которые уже установлены. Apt не знает, как это исправить, пока вы не скажете ему обновить все эти пакеты:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -f
