У меня есть дроплет на Digital Ocean. Его учетные данные общие с одним из моих друзей. Мы подключались к нему через ssh как: ssh root@IP_Address
Теперь из-за недостатка концентрации мы совершили ошибку, выполнив следующую команду на сервере:
sudo chmod -R 777 /
из-за чего сервер больше не подключается ни через что (SSH/FTP/...) и выдает следующую ошибку:
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer

Как минимум, войдите в систему как пользователь root через консоль DO (см.здесьдля получения инструкций) и сделайте

chmod 700 /root/.ssh
chmod 600 /root/.ssh/authorized_keys

(другими словами, установите права доступа для /root/.sshи rwx------для /root/.ssh/authorized_keys. rw-------SSH не будет доверять файлу, если к нему могут получить доступ другие пользователи.

Возможно, вам также придется установить правильные права доступа к файлам в /etc/ssh:
