Я решил свою проблему

  1. УстановитьГит
  2. Добавьте путь к C:\Program Files\Git\bin C:\Program Files\Git\cmd в переменную среды PATH.
  3. Перезагрузите компьютер.

Команда Run

npm i --save tui-editor
npm i --save ngx-tui-editor
