Временная развертка в outputConcat.mp4 отличается от других: связано ли это поведение с разной частотой дискретизации аудиопотоков (единственное отличие, которое я заметил во входных файлах)?
Как видно из пункта 1), входной FPS установлен на 25, и все входные видео имеют абсолютно одинаковый кодек и разрешение.
Как мне объединить видео так, чтобы выходной FPS был таким же, как и входной, и не было проблем с высотой звука? Может ли это быть проблемой временной развертки?

Я нашел частичное решение проблемы: проблема была в том, что частота дискретизации аудио входов не была согласованной, и я не управлял этим во время первого преобразования. Добавив -ar 32000
