Поскольку вы, судя по всему, используете Debian 10, самым простым решением этой проблемы будет удаление репозиториев Jessie:

sed -i.bak /jessie/d /etc/apt/sources.list{,.d/*.list}

Эти репозитории больше не обновляются, и нет смысла использовать какие-либо пакеты из них.

Связанный контент
