Как указать номер главы после названия главы в дипломной работе?

Почему название главы в диссертационном документеclass расположено ниже номера главы? Я имею в виду, что мне нужно разместить и название главы, и номер главы в одной строке. введите описание изображения здесь

Вот решение с использованием пакета titlesec с явной опцией:
