tikzexternalize в TeXMaker не работает

У меня возникли некоторые проблемы при компиляции моей диссертации с функцией tikz externalize в Texmaker. Я создал команду пользователя:

"D:/laTex/texlive2014/bin/win32/pdflatex.exe" -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode --shell-escape %.tex

Я использую это в своей преамбуле:

но в любом случае это не работает.

В окне ошибок я получаю следующее:

но в папке, которую я уже создал, нет файла журнала.

Я решил переустановить texlive, я заметил, что ввод cmd pdflatex.exe ничего не находит. Теперь у меня это работает, и строка, которую я написал в вопросе, правильная. Работает даже без optimize=false.

pdflatex.exe -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode --shell-escape %.tex
