Как мне изменить код, чтобы поместить поле непосредственно под Chapter 1, то есть заставить его занять позицию, занимаемую Автором и Переводчиком, без tcolorbox(можно удалить, tcolorbox чтобы увидеть это)?

tcolorboxУ ящиков есть вертикальные интервалы сверху и снизу ящика. Это можно отключить с помощью nobeforeafterопции.

Дополнительный пробел после рамки нужен для \titleformatи т. д. Используйте \titlespacingдля установки вертикального интервала после названия главы, например, \baselineskip -- это последний параметр \titlespacing.

Я дополнительно обернул команду вокруг поля, чтобы было легче поддерживать дополнения/изменения.
