- После каждой страницы появляются пустые страницы.
- Мой раздел Библиография не отображается (содержимое которого находится в файле
mylit.bib). Он должен отображаться после раздела Приложение

Я попробовал ваш файл стиля, и это неправда, что пустые страницы появляются после каждой страницы. Стиль вставляет пустую страницу, если глава (или приложение, список ..., в общем, все в вашем примере) не начинается со страницы с правой стороны. Это так и задумано, и вы, скорее всего, видели это в книгах. Если вы добавите
\chapter{test}с большим количеством текста, вы увидите, что в этом тексте нет пустых страниц.Вы ничего не цитируете, поэтому, естественно, библиография пуста. У меня нет
iitbauthyr.bst(файла стиля natbib вашего класса), но я заменил его одним из своих, citet something (\citet{BIBKEY}) и появилась глава "Ссылки".
