Помощь в оформлении титульного листа для диссертации

Question

У меня возникли проблемы с тем, чтобы титульный лист выглядел правильно. Несколько вопросов:

1. Как можно выровнять текст так, чтобы он не смещался?
2. Я не хочу использовать абсолютные координаты (то есть раньше у меня было yshift=-15 см, но стало очень сложно стилизовать всю страницу сразу).
3. Является ли подход, который я использую, лучшим? Может быть, есть лучший способ.
