Параметры межстрочного интервала, отличные от vspace и vfill

Question

LaTeX разработан таким образом, что вертикальные интервалы (в обычных обстоятельствах) определяются глобально. Следовательно, ручная настройка расстояния между элементами, абзацами и т. д. излишня. Более того, это разрушает согласованность документа и делает его уродливым.

Я стараюсь убрать все лишнее в вашем коде, например \indent after\item , manual correction of vertical space, use of\textbf{...} in\resheading` (оно уже есть в его определении) и т. д.

Также я переделываю \resheading, где добавляю вертикальное пространство до и после него и корректирую его ширину. Для таблицы я использую ответы из ваших предыдущих вопросов, потому что itemizeя использую enumitemпакет.

Так как вы используете a4paperя также меняю все имперские единицы на единицы СИ (мм). В итоге я получаю:
