Я совсем новичок в lateX и никогда не испытывал особых проблем со статьями, НО это резюме меня убивает: после компиляции оно выдает все прекрасно, ЗА ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ двух разрывов страниц, которые не имеют абсолютно никакого смысла:
Первый справа между разделами «школа» и «опыт работы». Это особенно уродливо, так как оставляет 3/4 страницы белыми.
Второй разрыв страницы находится после 6-го рабочего места и устанавливает 7-е рабочее место на следующей странице, в результате чего половина страницы остается пустой.
Что с этим? Что я сделал не так? (Я пытался, но \let\clearpage\relaxбезуспешно).

У вас есть два принудительных разрыва страниц (a \clearpageи a \newpage), и вы принудительно установили размер страницы примерно в половину физической страницы, что в сочетании с тем фактом, что tabularразрыв не происходит, поэтому, если он не помещается, всю таблицу приходится переносить на следующую страницу.
Однако ваш код выдавал ошибки из-за неправильного использования \\и предупреждения. Если я исправлю их и удалю ссылки на шрифты и изображения, которых у меня нет, то я получу
